1. How come you don't list any Web Design & Development or I.T. Consultancy prices?
Because every customer is unique and that every customers' requirements are different, we prefer to consult with the client to discuss your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, after this we will be able to give you a quotation.
2. How long will it take you to create my website?
As every website is unique in terms of design and content the development time will vary. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, after this we will be able to give you a quote and lead time for the website.
3. How quickly can you come to fix my PC?
Generally we can be available the same day or the following day for any I.T. Consultancy services. Please contact us to discuss the service you require and we will be able to give you a quotation as well as a date and time for the service.
4. I have an urgent problem, can you come out to me on a weekend?

5. I want to purchase a computer but I really don't kow what I'm looking for, can you advise me and build one for me?

6. I've just bough a laptop and I'm having trouble with my broadband and wireless connection, can you help?
Yes, we can. We can come to you and setup or re-setup your broadband and wireless connectivity to get you up and running in no time. Please contact us to discuss the service, get a quotation and arrange a date and time for the visit.
7. I would like a customised Web Hosting package, can you do this?

8. Are there any restrictions on what types of website and files that can be hosted on your servers?
Yes, there are. Please see the Web Hosting Restrictions List. Please make sure you comply with these restrictions as Insight Web Design will not be held responsible or liable for any offensive or illegal material hosted on our servers.
9. I have a hosting account with you but I've forgotten the password for the Control Panel, what do I do?
Simply contact us with your username and we will reset your password and email it to your default email address.
